Start your first shoot
Open Apparel Studio, upload clear garment references and describe the look you want. Choose the available controls, select a supported model and review the quote before confirming. When generation is paused, you can prepare your direction and return later.
Choose a model
Compare the models offered in the selected studio. Inputs, formats, resolutions and prices differ. The pricing catalogue helps you compare units; the studio shows the options supported by that workflow.
Find your results
Open Your account, then Creations. Finished outputs and work in progress appear together. Open the original result to download the files you want to keep.
Understand a pending payment
Open Wallet & payments and check Payment history. Use Check payment when offered. A payment still processing is not a request to pay again. Contact Support with the payment reference if it remains unresolved.
Understand a failed generation
Failed outputs release reserved credits. An uncertain provider outcome may remain under review until it is checked, preventing duplicate work or charges.
Manage stored files
Open Profile & preferences, then Stored files. Save a copy before deleting a reference or result. Contact Support for an account data request.
Get personal help
Sign in and open Support to create a ticket and follow its conversation. Include the relevant job or payment reference. Keep passwords, card numbers and verification codes out of messages.
